Shipping Information
Our goal is always to ship everything we can as quickly as we can!
Our WeatherSmart Outdoor Curtains and Sunbrella fabric Outdoor Curtains ship the same day as ordered, as long as the order is received before 4 p.m. EST Monday-Friday.
Other items, including our Commonwealth Polyester Outdoor Curtains and our Outdoor Privacy Screens, will ship 2-5 days after purchase.
Please note that you may receive different parts of your order in different shipments.
Faster Shipping
OutdoorCurtainsOnly.com is pleased to offer you faster delivery through FedEx.
We use FedEx Ground for shipping to addresses in both the United States and Canada; check the FedEx map below to find out the expected transit time once your order has shipped. Please alsofeel free to contact us if you'd like to upgrade your shipping method, or plan to ship to an address outside of the U.S.A. or Canada.
If your situation does not allow for ground shipment, please give us a call and we can nonetheless offer upgraded and express shipping to ensure your package arrives on time. For shipments to APO/FPO, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes, you will need to instead select USPS (the United States Postal Service) at checkout. Otherwise, we recommend FedEx for faster delivery.
This map is for FedEx Ground only. Please note that FedEx Ground delivers on Saturdays but NOT on Mondays. If you are placing an order on Wednesday before 4 p.m. and are in the "2 business day" group, your order will be delivered on Friday. If you are in the "4 business day" group, your order will be delivered on the Tuesday immediately following the weekend.

You can find the shipping progress of your order here, or contact us Monday-Thursday between 8 a.m.-6 p.m. EST, or Friday between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, and we'll be glad to check the status of your order for you.
Updated tracking information is available after 6 p.m. daily.
Orders Outside the Contiguous U.S. and International Orders
Call us at (800) 340-7831 for a price quote for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, or for international orders. You can also e-mail us your zip code and the items you would like to order, and we'll be happy to send you back a shipping quote. Most of the time in those cases, it proves to be cheaper to ship items USPS.
All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (see individual products for specific warranty periods), during which time they will be replaced for free under the terms of the warranty; however, you, the customer will have to pay for the shipping of the items to be replaced. If an item is defective or damaged, we cannot replace the item at no charge until we first receive the defective item.
Customs, brokerages, taxes or any other fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. USPS orders will ship in 1-3 days, and delivery is not guaranteed, and is at the risk of the recipient.
Gift Orders
Pricing and payment information are never included on invoice material shipped with any item you buy from us.
Please not that to avoid potential missed deliveries, it's always a good idea when sending a gift to notify the gift recipient that a package is coming!
Gift Certificates
We're pleased to be able to offer the perfect solution to last-minute gift-giving! An OutdoorCurtainsOnly gift certificate allows your gift recipient to personally address his or her own outdoor-drapery needs!
Delayed or Refused Delivery
FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your package(s) to your residence. If they don't find you at home, they will leave a note on how you can reach them, as well as a form that allows you to sign for your package(s) in advance, so that the package(s) can then be left outside your home for pickup when FedEx next returns. If FedEx is still unsuccessful in delivery after three attempts, your package(s) will be sent back to us. In that case, you, the customer, will have to pay the full shipping costs (as estimated on the FedEx website) for reshipment.
For refused delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from credit made on the returned merchandise.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage, although rare, does sometimes occur. If it should ever happen to you, we will reship the damaged item(s) or part(s) at no cost to you via the same shipping method used in the first place.
In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to quickly identify and replace the damaged item(s), and will ourselves submit a claim directly to the shipping company. There's no need for you to contact the shipping company yourself; if you're in this situation, then you've already been inconvenienced enough.
Please note that we are unable to expedite shipment on a replacement part or item.
